Block 1

Muscle Builder Phase I is the foundation of your strength and muscle-building journey. This phase focuses on progressive overload, proper technique, and balanced nutrition to maximize muscle growth. With a structured training plan and strategic recovery, you'll build strength, increase lean muscle mass, and set the stage for long-term gains. Perfect for those looking to develop a solid base before advancing to more intense training phases.

Muscle Builder Phase -I

This phase focuses on progressive overload, proper technique, and balanced nutrition to maximize muscle growth. With a structured training plan and strategic recovery, you'll build strength, increase lean muscle mass, and set the stage for long-term gains.

Block-I

This is an 8 week hypertrophy (muscle build) phase. You will gain strength, but the focus is on building huge arms etc... Reps listed will be a range of low to high, if you have to drop below on reps, drop weight. 

Always begin with a proper a thorough warm-up. This can be on any cardio equipment that you like. Also perform dynamic stretches as well. DO NOT BOUNCE when stretching.

Sets that are listed are working sets, so be sure to do a couple of sets with lighter weight for 5-8 reps.
